Wildlife Photographer of the Year
SeaCity Museum | 30th June 2017 – 24th September 2017
Southamptons Citysea Museum is showcasing this year’s greatest wildlife photos from around the globe. The display features the winning images from the world’s most prestigious wildlife photography competition and is organised by the Natural History Museum, London. Running for over 50 years, the competition receives over 40,000 submissions per year from photographers from more than 90 countries.
Audiences can enjoy the large-scale prints of these extraordinary images displayed in light boxes. The images celebrate the drama and beauty of the natural world through striking, creative and sometimes humorous wildlife photography. From breathtakingly beautiful landscapes to fascinating animals, the exhibition promises to appeal to photographers and nature enthusiasts of all ages.
